These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, special conditions in: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands by Pan con Chocolate S.L, with C.I.F. Number B95707923, hereinafter PCH, intended for natural persons.
Any request made to PCH necessarily implies, as an essential, determinant and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of PCHs in force on the day on which the corresponding order is made. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these conditions to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent request, except in those cases in which new conditions are brought to their notice by PCH. The fact that PCH does not resort at any time to any of the present conditions can not be interpreted or equivalent to giving up recourse to them in the future or in the past.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all the acts that result from them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to it.
The prices published in PCH are in Euros and are valid except for a typographical error.
All prices include the VAT included on the day of the order, any VAT rate change will be automatically applied to the prices of products for sale in PCH.
Offers on products for sale in PCH will be shown in the "Outlet" section or indicated on the product sheet as "Discount" and "Sale", will be valid as long as they are displayed.
3- Payment Methods:
When ordering, the customer can freely choose to pay the purchases made in PCH by: Pay Gold, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and PayPal.
The payment is made, with all the security protocols that guarantee the protection of your data.
The offers presented by PCH are valid within the limit of available stocks. PCH reserves the right to modify the assortment of products according to the stocks of the products.
If PCH has a stock break in any of the selected sizes, we will contact you to decide what to do with your order.
The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only orientative and do not compromise in any way the seller PCH.
6- Return and Cancel Policies
6-1 Returned goods:
At PCH we care about your satisfaction, complying with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at PCH within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Only refunds or changes that are generated for reasons of the buyer, where the buyer assumes the expenses of withdrawal of the product that he wants to change or return, this expense will be debited from the refund that realizes PCH to the buyer.

Items purchased will be the responsibility of the customer until the arrival of the same to the store.
When we arrive physically, we will check that everything is correct, and we will refund the amount of products purchased at the price that were paid less the amount of the return, usually within a period of no more than 7 business days. 6-2 Cancellation of order:
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of the merchandise the customer will not have any expenses as long as we receive an email in firstname.lastname@example.org before 7:00 am Peninsular.
