General conditions of purchase, shipping and returns

1- General:

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, special conditions in: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands by Pan con Chocolate S.L, with C.I.F. Number B95707923, hereinafter PCH, intended for natural persons.

Any request made to PCH necessarily implies, as an essential, determinant and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of PCHs in force on the day on which the corresponding order is made. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these conditions to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent request, except in those cases in which new conditions are brought to their notice by PCH. The fact that PCH does not resort at any time to any of the present conditions can not be interpreted or equivalent to giving up recourse to them in the future or in the past.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all the acts that result from them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to it.

2- Prices:

The prices published in PCH are in Euros and are valid except for a typographical error.
All prices include the VAT included on the day of the order, any VAT rate change will be automatically applied to the prices of products for sale in PCH.

Offers on products for sale in PCH will be shown in the "Outlet" section or indicated on the product sheet as "Discount" and "Sale", will be valid as long as they are displayed.

3- Payment Methods:

When ordering, the customer can freely choose to pay the purchases made in PCH by: Pay Gold, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and PayPal.

The payment is made, with all the security protocols that guarantee the protection of your data.

4- Product:

The offers presented by PCH are valid within the limit of available stocks. PCH reserves the right to modify the assortment of products according to the stocks of the products.

If PCH has a stock break in any of the selected sizes, we will contact you to decide what to do with your order.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only orientative and do not compromise in any way the seller PCH.

5- Shipping:

  1. FREE shipping to the peninsula for orders over 50 euros
  2. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.
  3. By default, invoices will be sent to the physical address indicated by the customer in the order generated by PCH.
  4. The delivery time of PCH is 5 business days. Notwithstanding its delay, it will not entail either annulment of the order or compensation.
  5. An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to check the status of the goods upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies in the delivery receipt.

6- Return and Cancel Policies

6-1 Returned goods:

At PCH we care about your satisfaction, complying with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at PCH within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Only refunds or changes that are generated for reasons of the buyer, where the buyer assumes the expenses of withdrawal of the product that he wants to change or return, this expense will be debited from the refund that realizes PCH to the buyer.

If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs, nor the return costs.

PCH makes sure to sell products in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally you get a garment with some tara ponte contact our customer service department: ventas@panconchocolate.com

In special periods the terms of return may vary, these variations will be duly informed in time and form on our website.

Please note that, except in the case of a defect or defect attributable to PCH, no changes to complements (dressing gowns, headbands, neckties, perfumes or accessories) or clothing

Likewise, partial returns of items that are part of a set or lot will not be accepted.

Refunds will be made in the same form as the payment was made.

The products purchased at PCH, must be returned in their original condition, with the respective labels and in perfect conditions.

To make your change or return just follow these steps:

  • Before making the return, you must notify the customer service department - ventas@panconchocolate.com
  • In the email you specify that you want to make change or return with the order number, the customer service department works from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (mainland Spain time) from Monday to Friday
  • The carrier will pick up your order in the place that you indicate us in 2-3 business days (Peninsula). For other destinations check conditions on our website.
  • Products must be in perfect condition, in their original condition and in the box or envelope on which the order arrived. If the product is not in perfect condition, we reserve the right to refund the amount of the product, as well as any associated expenses.
  • Record in an out-of-box location the original order number.
  • Includes the delivery note, indicating code, quantity and the reason for the change or return.

Items purchased will be the responsibility of the customer until the arrival of the same to the store.

When we arrive physically, we will check that everything is correct, and we will refund the amount of products purchased at the price that were paid less the amount of the return, usually within a period of no more than 7 business days. You do not have to worry about anything: you will receive an email automatically when we have refunded you.

6-2 Cancellation of order:

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of the merchandise the customer will not have any expenses as long as we receive an email in ventas@panconchocolate.com before 7:00 am Peninsular. In the event of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the cost of returning this same order.

PCH has a customer service from Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the phone + 34 944 074 005 where we will directly attend all inquiries.
